Are all laptops new and genuine?

Yes. Every laptop we sell is brand new, sealed and 100% genuine from the brand. We do not sell refurbished laptops.

What warranty do I get?

Every laptop comes with the manufacturer's warranty. Unless the product page says otherwise, it is 1 year onsite warranty. Some models, such as the Dell Pro PV14250, come with 3 years.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. We offer free shipping on all laptops across India.

What happens after I place an order?

Once you place your order, we will reach out to you by phone or message. Your order is shipped within 24 hours and we send you the tracking details.

Do I get a GST invoice?

Yes. A GST invoice with the GST details is provided with every purchase. If you need it in your business name, message us your GST number on +91-8517890042 when you order.

Can I visit the brand store and see the laptop before buying?

How can I get help choosing a laptop?

Can I return a laptop?

Yes, within 3 days of delivery if it is damaged, wrong or dead on arrival. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if my laptop arrives damaged?

Please do not accept a damaged package and contact us on +91-8517890042 within 24 hours with photos or an unboxing video. We will sort it out with the courier and the brand.

How do I get service under warranty?
